The inside of our homes brings us comfort and tranquility as we retreat to it at the end of each day. Bedrooms serve as our main place of relaxation, helping us recharge for the next day’s task or to sleep in longer on weekends.

For over two decades now, my work has focused on making these specific areas at home become a true place of comfort, style and exceptional relaxation by offering custom drapery work, luxury bedding and other window treatments.

I’ve worked for a fabric company for many years as a sales representative until I decided to start my own business, Alisa Verret Interior Design. I wanted to be closer to my family so I can take care of them as well as continue to do what I love. This allowed me to accomplish that.

Over the years, I’ve worked with many designers especially for the Baton Rouge Parade of Homes a few years ago and had the honor of doing all the window treatments for a multimillion-dollar home during the event. Today, I have my own experienced staff of seamstresses, each of whom specializes in different types of projects such as drapes, Roman shades, custom bedding as well as embroidery and monogramming.

My passion extends throughout all the work I do for my clients, offering them unique designs and not “cookie cutter” types of work. I know how different types of fabrics will drape and what colors will look good. I have a builder I can bring in when needed, and we design, build, fabricate and install the window treatments. We really are a one-stop shop!
